Hello and welcome.
If you ever feel that you wear so many hats that you have to think about who you are to different people, you’ll understand why I established this site. My activities are varied but I aim to be the same person and stick to the same principles whatever I am doing.
Communication is a key interest of mine and, through the Zarywacz partnership with my brother Simon, I enjoy working with clients on marketing and PR campaigns and web projects to achieve their objectives.
In recent years, I have had the privilege and pleasure of helping to establish the North Devon Business Alliance, an active online and offline business networking community.
More recently, I have enjoyed the challenge of establishing COMBEbusiness, which aims to promote business around Ilfracombe, Woolacombe and Combe Martin. Our online activities and local events are helping to strengthen the local economy.
As courtesy consultant for the National Campaign for Courtesy, I have been delighted to relaunch pleaseandthanks.co.uk and run the Ilfracombe courteous town initiative.
Writing two weekly pages of business news for the North Devon Journal is a great pleasure. It also involves me in some wonderful campaigns such as the 101 Days apprentices campaign. Being a judge on the North Devon Journal Business Awards, the Local Business Accelerators competition and Leader 4′s Green Exemplar competition has also been very rewarding
In addition to business and campaigning, I enjoy the world of social media and networking from a personal perspective and am one of the founders of devonsocialmedia.co.uk.
If that isn’t enough, I do have a personal leisure blog at robzblog.co.uk.
I’ll be adding more about myself shortly. I do hope to meet you or connect with you online.
